How do I post an ad?
Tap the Post Ad button in the app's tab bar, add your item's photos and details, and publish. Your ad goes live immediately.

How do I contact a seller?
Open any listing and use the Call or WhatsApp button. You deal with the seller directly — Kulshi takes no commission.

How do reviews work?
Only buyers who actually contacted a seller through the app can leave a review. This keeps ratings honest.

How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, listings, and reviews. You can also email us from your registered address and we will do it for you.

How do the AI preview features work?
On clothing listings you can try garments on using your own photo; on furniture listings you can preview the item in a photo of your room. Both are optional and ask for your consent — see our privacy policy for details.
